Note: When performing RENAULT maintenance, check the air conditioning system at the end of the vehicle's maintenance program so that the engine will be cold.
I - PREPARATION OPERATION FOR THE MEASUREMENT DEVICE
- Check that the measurement device functions properly (see the device's instruction manual).

I - REMOVAL PREPARATION OPERATION
Position the vehicle on a two-post lift (see Vehicle:
Towing and lifting) (MR 392, 02A, Lifting equipment).
Disconnect the battery (see Battery: Removal - Refitting)
(MR 392, 80A, Battery).
Remove:
the air filter unit (see
