REMOVAL
I - REMOVAL PREPARATION OPERATION
Position the vehicle on a two-post lift (see Vehicle:
Towing and lifting) (MR 392, 02, Lifting equipment).
Apply the discharge procedure for the exhaust injector fuel supply
system (see 19B, Exhaust, Exhaust fuel injector: Removal - Refit
Clutch thrust bearing: Removal - Refitting
The thrust bearing is connected to the clutch slave cylinder.
REMOVAL
I - REMOVAL PREPARATION OPERATION
Drain the brake reservoir using a syringe to remove
the clutch thrust bearing and control.
Remove the gearbox (see 21A, Manual gearbox,
Manual gearbox: Removal - Refitting, 21A- 12).
