Disconnect the battery (see Battery: Removal - Refitt

the engine cover,
the engine undertray bo

Remove:
the engine cover,
the engine undertray,

If replacing the UCH, carry out the necessary programming
using the Diagnostic tool. (see Fault
finding - Replacement of components) (MR 394,
87B, Passenger compartment connection unit).
Disconnect the battery
K4J or K4M or K9K or M4R, and Left-hand Drive
