Bonnet soundproofing: Removal - Refitting

REMOVAL

REMOVAL OPERATION FOR PART CONCERNED

• Remove clips (1) using a pair of unclipping pliers.
• Remove the bonnet soundproofing.

REFITTING

REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART CONCERNED

• Reposition the bonnet soundproofing.
• Refit the clips (replacing if necessary).

Centre floor side soundproofing: Removal - Refitting

REMOVAL

I - REMOVAL PREPARATION OPERATION

• Remove:
  • the entire rear bench seat( (see Complete rear bench seat: Removal - Refitting),
  • the front seats( (see Complete front seat: Removal - Refitting),
  • the centre console( (see Centre console: Removal - Refitting),
  • The front inner sill trims( (see Front door sill lining: Removal - Refitting).

B85

• Detach the rear inner sill trims( (see Rear door sill lining: Removal - Refitting).

C85

• Remove the rear wing panel trim( (see Rear panel trim: Removal - Refitting).

• Take out the rear carpet.

• Take out the front carpet.

II - REMOVAL OPERATION FOR PART CONCERNED

• Remove clip (1).
• Remove the air duct.

• Remove the floor side soundproofing (2).

REFITTING

I - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART CONCERNED

• Refit:
  • the floor side soundproofing,
  • the air duct,
  • the clip (3).

II - FINAL OPERATION

• Reposition front and rear carpets.

C85

• Refit the rear wing panel trim( (see Rear panel trim: Removal - Refitting).

B85

• Reattach the rear inner sill trims( (see Rear door sill lining: Removal - Refitting).

• Refit:
  • the front inner sill trim( (see Front door sill lining: Removal - Refitting),
  • the centre console( (see Centre console: Removal - Refitting),
  • the entire rear bench seat( (see Complete rear bench seat: Removal - Refitting),
  • the front seats( (see Complete front seat: Removal - Refitting).

Centre floor rear soundproofing: Removal - Refitting

REMOVAL

• Remove:
  • the entire rear bench seat( (see Complete rear bench seat: Removal - Refitting),
  • the front seats( (see Complete front seat: Removal - Refitting),

  • The front inner sill trims( (see Front door sill lining: Removal - Refitting).

• Detach the rear inner sill trims( (see Rear door sill lining: Removal - Refitting).

C85

• Remove the rear wing panel trim( (see Rear panel trim: Removal - Refitting).

• Take out the rear carpet.

II - REMOVAL OPERATION FOR PART CONCERNED

• Remove the centre floor rear soundproofing.

REFITTING

I - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART CONCERNED

• Reposition the centre floor rear soundproofing.

II - FINAL OPERATION

• Reposition the rear carpet.

• Refit the rear wing panel trim( (see Rear panel trim: Removal - Refitting).

B85

• Reattach the rear inner sill trims( (see Rear door sill lining: Removal - Refitting).

• Refit:
  • the front inner sill trims( (see Front door sill lining: Removal - Refitting).
  • the centre console( (see Centre console: Removal - Refitting),
  • the entire rear bench seat( (see Complete rear bench seat: Removal - Refitting),
  • the front seats( (see Complete front seat: Removal - Refitting).
